SPEAKER: Mary Latulippe is mom to Jenna, a 20 year old young lady who is blind and currently attends the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired. She and her husband Richard have been adamant about Jenna having the opportunities to be successful instead of being handicapped with labels that place restrictions on her abilities.
Mary recently retired after spending 32 years as a teacher and administrator at CCHS. She served her last three years as a Special Ed administrator at CCHS and on the CCISD transition team. This experience made a huge impact on the way she approaches and plans for Jenna's future. Mary's dream is to purchase and a property in the League City area for a day and residential program for adults with disabilities.
Mary volunteers at her church registering individuals for the bi-monthly Galveston County food truck and as an office angel. She repurposes furniture in her spare time. She and Richard are also parents to Jenna's older brothers Richie and Joey.
