GHFEDS needs your help in a variety of ways. Whether it is by becoming an active member, making a monetary donation, or volunteering your time and/or materials, your help is appreciated.

- Host monthly meetings to educate members, educators, and community members on current issues regarding Down syndrome
- Reach out to medical professionals, including presentations, DVDs, and mailings
- Host community events to increase acceptance and awareness
- Provide literature to members through a lending library
