GHFEDS will be offering reimbursement for your attendance to the Lumind IDSC Great Wolf Lodge Family Weekend on September 13-15. 

You must register through Lumind/IDSC for their event,  the event is not associated with GHFEDS, we will only be reimbursing you $150 per family for your attendance to off set the cost to you, Please click on the link for more info and the registration process for the Great Wolf Lodge Family Weekend. IDSC ANNUAL FAMILY WEEKEND  

After attending the event you will need to email your receipt to us for reimbursement.

You must have a current Annual Membership to register for the reimbursement.

Reimbursement of $150 per family for members

We listened to our members' request to host the event at more locations and in 2014 we will host a kick off at ALL the Great Wolf locations! All 1

Here are the details:

Rates: $169.00 a night plus tax. {Minimum 2 night stay required}

Plus $9.99 for resort fees. {these fees cover internet, towels, life jackets and parking} 

In the United States, the cost of the room WILL INCLUDE 6 water park passes.

*Pocono Mountains: First block is filled. They are extending a new block, with a new rate at $279.00 the code for this is 1403INTE.

The Niagara location WILL INCLUDE 4 water park passes, the hotel will sleep 4 people per room (Max 6). Water park passes can be purchased for $40.00 per room/ per night (maximum 2)

There will be a Pizza Party at all locations on Saturday night. Purchase your tickets by February 25, 2014. Tickets can be purchased here.


CANCELLATION POLICY: All rooms must be guaranteed by the individual and accompanied by a first night room deposit. Each individual has 72 hours prior to arrival date to cancel the individual room with a $30.00 cancellation fee per room. If the individual cancels the room within 72 hours of the arrival date, 100% of the first night's room rate plus tax will be charged to the individual's credit card or taken from the deposit.
