Summer Exercise Classes

SUMMER TIME IS FUN TIME

GHFEDS would like to invite your family for our Summer Exercise Classes at League City United Methodist Church Gym.

DATES & TIMES

June 3, 10, 17, 24

9-10am  -  Ages 14 and below

10-11am  -  Ages 15 and up

Lets get moving!

Come join UTMB Physical Therapist Students and PT Faculty for an hour of games, dancing, and much more aimed at getting your child to have fun with exercise. We plan to show participants exciting and easy ways to get active. Equipment and water needed for the class will be provided so all we need is your child ready to have fun! Please consult with your physician to make sure your child is healthy enough for physical activity. Hope to see y'all there for a great time of activity and socializing!

Registration is for all dates and free for all family members.
